Wine Dinner
Wine Dinner - Firefighters Making Wine, Hotel Guests Enjoying Them
Saturday, August 9, 2008-05-02
6:30 – until the wine is gone!
The Kendall Hotel proudly serves Fire Station Red wines in the hotel restaurant, the Black Sheep. The award winning wines of Fire Station Red are produced by Sonoma County vintner and Gold Ridge firefighter John Drady. They dedicate a portion of their production to the fundraising efforts and many great causes supported by their brothers and sisters in the fire services. Situated in the lobby of the historic Kendall Hotel, the Black Sheep Restaurant is dedicated to both fine American cuisine and the building’s colorful past as a Victorian firehouse. The firefighters of Engine 7 considered themselves the “black sheep” of the Cambridge Fire Department, and the Kendall honors their memory with our restaurant.
The package price of $289.00 per couple includes a four-course dinner and selection of wines, deluxe overnight guest room, breakfast the following morning, and parking. (Gratuity and taxes not included.)
As summer begins to wane, enjoy a spectacular seasonal feast and expertly paired wines.
“Drink wine in winter for cold, and in summer for heat.”
