Under her leadership, The Kendall Hotel has achieved best-in-class Associate Engagement Survey scores within just six months of transition, with that success continuing into 2025. The hotel also holds the #1 ranking on TripAdvisor in its market, a reflection of the consistent care and attention extended to every guest experience.
