    • Late Check-out Policies

      We offer late check-out up to 2:00 PM for a fee of $57, subject to same-day availability.

    • Daily Housekeeping Services

      Daily housekeeping services are provided from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If you have any special requests, please contact our front desk.

    • Laundry Services

      We offer laundry services for our in-house guests. For same-day pick-up, please drop off laundry at the front desk by 8:30 AM.

    • Parking Fees & Policies

      Parking is available at $52 per day on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes are issued at the front desk upon vehicle registration. Oversized vehicles are not recommended to use our parking garage.

      Directions: Head towards the hotels main entrance at 350 Main St. and make a right turn on Dock St. and drive through the archway and turn right once you pass the second arch to access the parking garage.

    • Smoking Policy

      We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the property and a fine up to $250.

    • Market & Gift Shop

      Items such as bottled water, branded signature bathrobes, Do Not Disturb plush signs, and Black Sheep Firehouse patches are now available for purchase. Please contact our front desk team for pricing information.
